Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiological procedures, and cardiac imaging with the opportunity to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, assess patients' medical histories, and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia during surgery, adjusting doses as necessary to maintain optimal anesthesia levels.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination during surgeries.
- Assist in the management of post-anesthesia care, monitoring patients as they recover from the effects of anesthesia.
- Adhere to the highest standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a CRNA with experience in pediatric and/or adult cardiac anesthesia, demonstrating competence and confidence in their anesthesia practice.
- A valid MA state nursing license is a plus, or candidates should be willing to obtain it upon hire.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
