Simply put, our entire mission is to expand access to care, exemplify safety & quality, and reduce costs to patients and payors. These are the pillars our company was built on when it was founded in 2011 and they remain the motivation behind everything we do to this day.

At Blue Cloud, being cheerful is simply the result of understanding the impact we are fortunate to make every day as we provide access to care to our pediatric and special needs patients. That can be hard work at times and as the saying goes; "The way you do anything is the way you do everything". Our goal in cheerfully working hard is to leave a positive impact on each person who comes through our doors.

We value empathy. We know that our ability to fulfill our mission comes from our ability to develop relationships with our patients, referral partners, and each other. Going about the small things every day with empathy for others helps us to be better providers of both healthcare and happiness.

We’ve promised our patients and referral partners that we will ensure that every patient is safely cared for and has a positive experience when they visit us. We make other commitments but that is the core commitment. And we intend to always keep it.
